Co-facilitated with psychoanalytic psychotherapist Erin Orsztynova from Ontario, Canada.
Conceptualized from psychodynamic, relational, and Jungian backgrounds.
Every other Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm PST via zoom for twelve meetings $90 / session - 60 minutes. Max 6 participants per group.
Sliding Scale available for pre-licensed associates.
Everything that happens in the room can be viewed as clinically meaningful. Together we’ll explore this, paying particular attention to the transference and countertransference and how these dynamics live in the body and offer powerful gateways into unconscious communication.
Learning to grow our clinical and personal capacity to lean into the feelings and affect in the room, we’ll attune more fully to these subtle encounters, using them to deepen our therapeutic insight and connection.
Each meeting will include a case consultation, followed by group discussion and shared reflection.
We’ll understand how the uncertainties, personal anxieties, and ruptures that arise in the therapeutic encounter are some of the most valuable windows into ways our clients’ psyches ask for a relational repair.
