I aim to hold a safe and welcoming space, free of judgement, for us to come together to talk, identify & challenge obstacles, get curious about harmful patterns and uncover what you really want. We'll probably laugh too, laughter is important.
I pull from gestalt therapy, existential theory and depth psychology.
Sometimes past trauma can still have a hold on us. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which can help in processing these events and reducing their intensity.
I specialize in anxiety, co-dependency, confidence & self-esteem, relationships, communication, sexual orientation, sexuality and existential stress.
