A therapeutic relationship can be powerful; it can help people come to a deeper sense of awareness and make profound changes in their lives.
We’ll explore what’s going on and be curious together, it will be creative and collaborative. Make yourself a priority here and get reacquainted on another level. You’ll notice a difference as awareness grows.
Approach
I work relationally and psychodynamically, which means our connection and building of trust will be most important so we can explore the past and look at what emerges with us in the moment.
My ultimate aim is for this to feel welcoming and nonjudgemental, for us to come together to talk, identify obstacles, get curious and go deep on anything from harmful patterns to uncovering what you really want.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and sex positive. I’m aware of white supremacy’s impact and am committed to ongoing consciousness and valuing of BIPOC folks’ experiences and needs.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, communication, gender, sexuality and existential stress.
