I’ve been drawn to psychology ever since I was a teenager, I feel a calling to this work. I grew up in Los Angeles, I completed my Bachelors Degree in Psychology at Cal State LA and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University LA.
I supervise pre-licensed clinicians, facilitate workshops and teach. I’ve previously served as director of the clinical training program at The Southern California Counseling Center, a non-profit providing low-fee counseling to the greater LA area.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and currently see clients in private practice in Toluca Lake, California- in person and via Telehealth.

Alyce Waxman
Specializing in relational therapy with artists & people in creative fields, Alyce also works with individual adults, couples, families, teens, and groups struggling with the impact of attachment trauma, anxiety, self-worth, overwhelm, life & career transitions, and creative blocks. Alyce approaches the work with tenderness, humor and curiosity. Her practice is informed by cultural sensitivity and allyship to LGBTQ and BIPOC communities.
Michael Joyce
Michael works with clients who have demanding professional lives and may struggle with balancing the pressures of their career and the needs of their relationships. Michael comes to the work with warmth and directness; gently challenging, but always kind and empathetic. Coming from a career in the entertainment industry, he has deep knowledge of the field and experience working with creative people. Michael works with individual adults, couples and families with an emphasis on LGBTQ clientele.

Lenny is sometimes in the office with unconditional positive regard, intense eye contact and somatic grounding experiences. He is hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, and is a good boy.
